The publishing as one of the departments of the university was formed in 1997 by the merger of two departments: editorial and publishing (RIO) and printing.
The main task of the Publishing House is the organization and implementation of the editorial and publishing activities of the university, including the publication of educational and educational-methodical literature that meets the requirements of the state educational standard, as well as the release of scientific, reference and other types of literature in order to ensure the educational process and research work/

The publishing house provides services to organizations and individuals for the duplication of forms, color printing, as well as publishing at the expense of the author of monographs, textbooks, abstracts and other educational and scientific literature.
