Annotation

The article analyzes the problem of the institutionalization of social practices of migration policy in the Far East. The issues of social adaptation of migrants are considered, the impact of the institutionalization of migration policy on social adaptation of migrants is proved. The main factor standing up as a barrier to successful social adaptation of migrants is revealed. The reasons for diversity of practices of migration policy at the regional level and the reasons defining the lack of targeted institutional process in the domain of interaction of migrants with the host society in the Russian Far East are disclosed.
