Annotation

The article presents the analysis of the specifics of temporal perspective shared by people facing situations of life scenarios change, the example being those ex-military officers who had to move from the Far-Eastern region after termination of their span of service in the Army of the Russian Federation and find new permanent place of residence. The article demonstrates that in the conditions of alteration of life scenarios one preserves future-orientation, whilst the past events are characterized by ambivalent assessments – both emotion- and event-wise. One can remark upon the shift of motivation – that from personal and professional self-development towards entertainment sphere and social networking.
