MACHIAVELLIANISM AMONG YOUNGSTERS: FEATURES OF THE PERSONALITY

The article presents the results of the empirical research of Machiavellianism manifested at young age, especially how it affects certain character traits. The obtained results demonstrate that Machiavellianism is revealed via such features of personality as radicalism, low sociability, sensitivity, self-control. Escalation of Machiavellianism in the modern world can lead to the decrease of psychological safety both in the society and in the individual.
