Research of the subject of labour in the sphere of professional activity is believed to be the priority in modern psychology. The job environment which creates safe working conditions is mainly established by means of a careful selection of technological process, the distribution of functions performed by person and the machine; by the appropriate work-rest schedule, aesthetic organization of the environment and professional selection of the employees. Efficiency of performance of professional activity of operators involved in maintenance of software products directly depends on their professional qualities which impose additional requirements upon their mental and physiological characteristics. Such psychophysiological components as random access memory, special attention, thinking, accuracy of motive reactions, resistance to stress, etc. are of great importance for the establishment of interrelation between person and the machine.
