Annotation
The article is devoted to the analysis of the events of the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905, which found manifestation in Russian folklore songs. The author examines the works which became prominent in the Far East of Russia. The article demonstrates different approaches to the artistic interpretation of military events.
