Annotation

In modern conditions, the harmonious development of personality in the sphere "subject of work" is rather inconsistent and am-biguous. Difficulties are posed by such phenomena as high dynamism of life, density of information stream, adverse economic and ecological factors. Proceeding from these phenomena, great demands are made on the emotional sphere and the will of the person. The increasing aggression and environmental stress, as well as prompt changes of requirements re cognitive and communicative processes can produce emotional violations which influence the efficiency of professional activity of the computer programmer. In this context, of special relevance is the studying of functional conditions of the personality in the environment of dynamic balance "the professional environment?subject of work".

Key words: functional states, character features, computer programmer, professional activity.
