The article considers the problem of ecology of the inner world of a person viewed through the perspective of preservation and development of innate human qualities in the angst-ridden world of today. The author studies the conceptual nature of the ethical and moral qualities of a person from two distinct angles, scientific and religious, ultimately demonstrating the unity of the ethical foundation of spirituality.
