Annotation

The problem of creative age in the context of environmental psychology is analyzed. Environmental consciousness may be included in the psychology of consciousness as the inner ecosystem, since it is ? as well as nature ? needs to be preserved and developed. Two aspects of environmental consciousness are accentuated: 1) self-awareness as a value and the preservation of the "I" from environmental negative impacts and from self-destruction; 2) the "extension of myself" as a healthy and active mental individuality. The "time-value" dominates "the time-duration" in the environmental consciousness, allowing to capture the reduction of subjective and social representations of age restrictions and limits of creativity.

Key words: creativity, creative age, environmental consciousness, the ecology of awareness, the inner ecosystem, time, values, self-actualization, personal self-preservation.
