Annotation

The article presents the results of the research devoted to the substantiation of psychological and pedagogical conditions of professional training of psychologists to be. The authors claim that the formation of professional competence of a psychologist is influenced by the optimal combination of the level of professional identity of a particular student, the specific environment around him/her, and purposeful activity in a certain sphere of professional activity. The study identifies cognitive, communicative and emotional factors of the success of the educational process in higher schools. In the course of the empirical study the authors confirmed the importance of the identified psychological-pedagogical factors of training process and their influence on the development of professional identity of students of psychology.
