Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of refinement of speech culture of the officers to be in the border guard services. The author identifies the main factors influencing the level of speech culture. Perfecting speech culture and eloquence of the military men is essential for their professional growth and the performance of their professional and military tasks. A number of conditions which warrant the effective solution of the problem in question have been outlined, among them foreign language classes.
