Annotation

The article presents a brief review of the manifestation of double exclusion of families, raising children who suffer from musculoskeletal disabilities (the case study of aboriginal peoples of Priamurye). The authors conclude that the contemporary society is misinformed as regards problems of disabled children. The level of access to social services and charity organizations remains low; knowledge of the respective legislative documents is insufficient.
