Annotation

The article deals with problems of training of pedagogical staff of the indigenous population of the northern regions in 1930s in order to use the obtained experience for resolving of those problems that can be faced by specialists of training organizations at the present stage. Many problems of pedagogical staff training have remained at the present stage of development of education. The development of national education is possible providing there is a scientific theory that effectively preserves the traditional culture of the indigenous population of the northern regions.
