Annotation

The article deals with the problem of conflicts of national public associations. The authors analyze the conditions under which both conflict and consensus options can be realized, as well as the results of operations of these organizations. The problems are studied in the context of ethnic and political tension in contemporary Russia, caused by the increasing pressure imposed on the Russian society by migration flows.
