Annotation

The article demonstrates the experience of working with primary school children in terms of ethical education which involves the incorporation of regional studies documents and records. Regional studies is believed to be one of the most important factors which contributes to moral and ethical education of students of primary school since this particular age from the perspective of ontogenesis is a sensitive period of the moral development of person and ethno-cultural aspect is an essential contributing factor. The given program of ethical education incorporates records and data pertaining to the history of Agin-Buryat area of Zabaykalsky krai, a unique region bordering on Mongolia and China. Aga undoubtedly has its distinctive idiosyncratic historical roots which still prevail at present and serve as indispensable regional information data.
