Annotation

It is especially underlined in the article that problems of a criminal and legal policy of struggle against crime were relevant during all the epochs of the Soviet, Post-Soviet and modern Russian state evolution, belonged to very complicated and stubborn, differed heightened interest of scientists and experts. The national policy of struggle against crime was not always be consistent and system. The assessment of a current criminal policy state in the Russia is given; its characteristic and the main problems which are subject for a decision were shown. There offers in improvement of criminal policy in the sphere of struggle against crime at the present stage of the Russian state are stated.
