FORMATION OF STUDENTS' GENDER CULTURE AS A FACTOR OF HUMANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE FAR EASTERN STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY)

Annotation

The article deals with the actual problem of the state trends in the policy of humanizing professional education. It presents the prospects of humanizing the educational environment in the university by means of forming students' gender culture. The article aims to present the basic results of research in organizational-pedagogical conditions of formation of students' gender culture as a factor of humanization of the educational environment in the agrarian university. By definition the essence of this process is to improve the humanistic "self-concept" of the person in gender definiteness: the higher the students' level of gender culture, the greater the humanistic potential of the educational environment. The organizational-pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the process under study are focused on the formation of students' gender culture, on the development of students' humanistic "self-concept" in its gender definiteness, the formation of students' gender culture in a specially organized training process and pedagogical extracurricular activities. The research is limited by local frameworks of the Agrarian University located in the Far East, based on the Far Eastern State Agrarian University (Blagoveshchensk).
