REGIONAL TOURIST LEGISLATION AS A PROBLEM OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE TOURIST INDUSTRY*

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the legal acts of Federal and regional authorities regulating the sphere of tourism (on the material of the Far Eastern Federal District). The author reveals a number of collisions between the norms and presents the position of non-legitimacy of the regional legislation on tourism.
