Annotation

The author analyses the measures taken by the government of the USSR, the Peoples' Commissariat of Foreign Affairs and the Revolutionary Committee of the Far East in order to settle diplomatic relations with Japan. He shows the order of resolution of mutual claims, questions and contradictions which appeared during the negotiations.
