Strelkov Y. K.

Strelkov Yuri Konstantinovich – Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Head of the Department of Labour and Engineering Psychology, Moscow State University.

Annotation

It is impossible to approach the construction of a theory from behavioral point of view, eliminating the consciousness and the subject. The synthesis of consciousness and time is necessary because it returns to the practice, to the life inside and outside the activity; it allows to consider both the processes controlled by the subject and those which he cannot influence. Subjectivity gives the freedom of action - the basis of creativity which also determines a person's interest in work.

Key words: time, subject, activity, other person, empathy, freedom, creativity, work.
