Annotation

The authors consider the interaction between the institutional and the external environment of the labor market of the region on the basis of the institutional theory of market relations. The analysis of the processes of emergence of systemic asymmetries in the labor market is accomplished by examples from the Russian Far East. The research reveals the specific features of the demographic factor within the labor market as a system and the influence of the demographic factor on the formation of the regional specificity of social filters.
