DIASPORA AS A NATIONAL MINORITY: ETHNO-POLITICAL EXPLICATION*

This paper is devoted to the ethnopolitical analysis of diaspora as a national minority. The author considers various scientific approaches to the definition of a national minority and substantiates the idea of the interconnection between the phenomena of diaspora and national minority in a modern society.
