The paper describes several aspects of psychological assistance to the unemployed to develop their subjective activity of in critical situations. Changes of space and time parameters of life as the main disturbance of the unemployed behavioral programs are analyzed. Work experience of forming a subjective activity of the unemployed though self-development, self-regulation and self-creation is described.
