Motivational-reflective processes in the context of an operator's professional activity and the semantics of individual perception of laborevents are considered in the article. The model of motivational-reflective strategies of an operator's subjective laborcomplexity is substantiated. Research methods are observed. Types of motivational-reflective strategies of an engine driver's subjective laborcomplexity are described.
