The author considers a Japanese musical culture canon as a phenomenon of the principle creative activity. Canon, tradition, musical culture heritage are forming a system triad (the term of R.G. Barantsev). The process entireness of musical culture embraces this triad. Dynamic nature of musical culture, canon, musical culture heritage, and tradition is based on the conception that "substance of music is cosmic ether". This conception is somewhat similar to "the etheral vortical cosmology" by V.P. Smirnov. The intramusical and extramusical semantics of musical structures is revealed through Far Eastern traditional world picture/model.
