An essential direction of humanization of a modern pedagogical education is the scientific consideration of the content and practical part of the pedagogical assistance with the adaptation of a person to the conditions of the professional training promoting professional self-development of the future teacher and achievement of his personal educational purposes. The basis for studying a problem of a pedagogical assistance with the adaptation of a person in a system of the professional training are the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical theories describing essence of self-development of a person and providing understanding of a nature of a person. Therefore a pedagogical assistance should be considered, first of all, as participation of a teacher (pedagogical group) in the educational activity of a person (pupil, student), help, support in achievement of the educational purposes. It is realized through the joint activity, cooperation. Realization of an idea of a pedagogical assistance with the adaptation of a person in the system of the professional training determines necessity to reveal main, pedagogically controlled factors of adaptation, especially at its initial stage, interpreting them from the point of view of professional - pedagogical conditions in which this process proceeds.
